Here, in this episode I’m going to demonstrate a pity trick. Now keep passion, and then you will be able to create blank folder without name. It’s like a magic !
A folder is a virtual location where programs, files, and other folders can be located. Computers with an Apple, Microsoft Windows, or other GUI operating system have folders to help users store and organize their files and are accessed using a File Manager.
Creating folder with any specific name is easy task for everyone but can you imagine that creating a folder without name is possible. Well, answer is Yes, You can do. I have tested this tricks in Windows 10/7 which dose works 100%. An essential things is your computer needs to have a numeric keyboard pad. If you are unfamiliar about Numeric key board – it is a section of the keyboard on the right side of your keyboard which usually contains seventeen keys.
Its guarantee that, If you right-click the folder, select Rename and enter only spaces, the operating system will not accept it.
Let’s turn toward the trick :
- First of all, select folder which name you want to remove or change into a blank space.
- Now, right click on it choose ‘rename’ option and then press ‘F2’ from keyboard.
- Press and hold the Alt key, while holding the Alt key, type numbers 0160 (or 999999999 or 255) from the keyboard num pad.
- Then press Enter, that’s complete. Now you are able to create nameless folder on your PC.
Now questions can raise on your mind that can we create a double (or two) folder in the same location without any name ?
Definitely, we can. For this follow these steps :
- Select file and folder and press F2.
- Hold Alt key and type 0160 from the keyboard’s num pad.
- Release the Alt Key, now without doing anything else, again hold ALT key and press again 0160.
- Press enter and you will have another nameless folder in the same location.
